About COG
A team in Accra and Berlin, built to connect two sides.
COG Center of Gravity is a young company registered in Ghana. We are honest about that: we don't have a long list of references yet. What we offer instead is direct access to the people doing the work, clear terms and full attention for each engagement.
The name
Why Center of Gravity.
In logistics, the center-of-gravity method finds the best location for a warehouse or hub. Every supplier and customer is a point on the map, weighted by the volume that moves through it. The best location is where all those weights balance: the weighted center of the network.
That is how we see our role between the DACH region and Ghana, and how our mark is built: seven partners of different weight, and a gold center placed exactly at their weighted center. Not the biggest player, but the point that makes the whole network work efficiently.
